Athletic development depends on many factors that are specific to each athlete. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular result — performance, selection, injury prevention, or otherwise. The interactive demonstrations on the Platform page are illustrative mockups, not measurements of any real athlete.

Strength, speed, and movement training involve physical activity that carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Any training described on this site takes place in person and is delivered, supervised, and adapted by qualified staff. Before starting any training program, an athlete should be in suitable health to take part, and you should raise any medical concerns with us and, where appropriate, a physician. Specific terms, waivers, and assumption-of-risk agreements apply to actual training and are provided separately when you begin.
