This is a marketing website. We only collect the information you choose to give us through the enquiry form on the Contact page:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The athlete's age
• The athlete's sport
• The training goal
• Any message you add

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect this information in the background — only when you submit the form. See our Cookies notice for the small amount of local browser storage we use.

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and help you find the right training for your athlete. Our lawful basis is your consent — you provide this information knowingly when you complete and send the form. We will not use it for unrelated purposes without asking you first.

BioBand works with athletes who are minors. The enquiry form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian, or by an adult athlete. When you submit information about a young athlete (such as their age and sport), you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have the authority to share that information and consent on their behalf.

We collect the minimum needed to answer your enquiry, and we treat information about a young person with extra care. If you believe a minor's information has been shared with us without the appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

When you submit the form, your details are sent to our team by email so we can reply. We use trusted service providers to operate the site and deliver that message; they process your information only on our behalf.

• Supabase — runs the secure function that receives your enquiry.
• Resend — delivers the enquiry to our team inbox by email.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our service — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers above, who act on our behalf, or where we are required to by law.

Under PIPEDA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you (or about your athlete), to request a correction, and to ask us to delete it. To make any of these requests, email hello@biobandhealth.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy as our service or our tools change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
